Booking your Reservation: An advance deposit equal to the first two nights of lodging is due at the time of booking to guarantee reservations, of which $100 is non-refundable. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival (by Sept 1 for Holiday bookings). Taxes are 10.55% in town and 5.65% out of town. Deposit Confirmation: After making your reservation, a deposit confirmation will be sent to you. This will also be your only notice for final payment. Final Confirmation: Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. After receipt of your final payment, an arrival confirmation will be sent to you along with procedures for check-in Security Deposit: A deposit of $500 is required prior to arrival to cover telephone charges , damage or excessive cleaning. Deposit will be refunded within 60 days, pending inspection of unit. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival receive refund less $100 handling fee. Cancellations made 59 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless space is rebooked at same rate; then the amount recovered is refundable less the $100 handling fee. Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, traveler's checks and cash. Check-in:4:00p.m. Check-out: 10:00a.m. All units are equipped with lock boxes so you may check-in at anytime after 4:00p.m. All units are non-smoking and do not allow pets.
